Filing Fee Requirements
Filing fees must accompany all petitions and resolutions. The schedule of filing fees can be found in Minn. R. 6000.3400.
Filing fees should be paid by a check payable to the Office of Administrative Hearings and mailed to the MBAU Administrator at the Office of Administrative Hearings, Attn: MBAU Administrator, PO Box 64620, St. Paul, MN 55164-0620. OAH does not accept filing fees electronically.
