Municipal Boundary Adjustment Unit - Forms
Jurisdiction for a municipal boundary adjustment is established by submitting an initiating document, filing fee, and map as required by statute. The Municipal Boundary Adjustment Unit provides sample petitions/resolutions for a majority of the adjustments authorized by Minnesota Statutes Chapter 414.
