Below are tutorials on navigating the databases that are available from the Municipal Boundary Adjustment Unit.

Navigating the Orderly Annexation Agreement Database

The Orderly Annexation Agreement database provides the opportunity to search Orderly Annexation Agreements by agreement number, date range, affected  area, or any combination of these attributes. Once you have retrieved the appropriate agreement, you may view various attributes about that agreement (ex. acreage, reimbursement, taxing). If you prefer to view the agreements in their original format, you may utilize BARS as well as the list of main orderly annexation agreements to find scanned PDF files of those agreements. All agreements between the years 2006-2010 have been scanned. As time permits, agreements accepted or approved before 2006 will be scanned and uploaded.

Navigating the Boundary Adjustment Reporting System (BARS)

The Boundary Adjustment Reporting System (BARS) database allows access to information about the MBA Unit dockets. See the above tutorial regarding the information that can be found on BARS.
